Four channels
Every published CCR goes to four places automatically:
- Hosted web page — permanent URL with QR code. Cached at the edge.
- Print-ready PDF — letter size, 0.6in margins, tuned for mail-back.
- Email campaign — CSV recipient upload, templated message, bounce tracking.
- Certificate of Delivery — machine-readable, auto-filed with your primacy agency.
Good Faith Effort documentation
If you have customers you can’t reach (returned mail, invalid email, seasonal homes), the Good Faith Effort log captures every attempt and every failure mode. Attach it to your Certificate of Delivery.
Five-year retention
Everything we publish is archived for 5 years per § 141.155:
- Signed CCR PDF
- CCR machine-readable JSON
- Distribution log
- Compliance report that gated publish
- Every tool invocation in the audit trail
